Pharmacy Weight Loss Llandudno is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) based in Llandudno, Wales, UK. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services to eligible patients.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire prior to any prescription being issued. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual where it is clinically inappropriate or where we reasonably suspect that inaccurate information has been provided.
Weight loss medications are only prescribed where clinically appropriate, based on your BMI, medical history, and other relevant health factors assessed during your consultation.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber following a clinical review. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and cannot be guaranteed.
Prescriptions are valid for use within our service only and cannot be transferred to a third party. You must not share, sell, or misuse any prescribed medication. It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications, allergies, and medical conditions accurately and promptly inform us of any changes to your health.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely via our authorised payment provider. We do not store your full card details. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be provided within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance, but you should typically receive your order within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the medication cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons, unless the product is faulty or has been supplied in error.
Refunds for cancelled orders (prior to dispatch) will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
